PAYMENT :
By bank transfer in advance with references IBAN/BIC, after the client's agreement and signature of the quotation. By cash, if the client takes away the product directly from the workshop. By cheque to the account of STUC & MOSAIC while putting the order or at the order’s delivery, for France (cash on delivery with additional costs for the Buyer).

PRICES AND CONDITIONS :
All prices will be quoted without VAT (not applicable), including or excluding the shipping costs, after agreement with the client, quotation, rough sketch. A 30% to 50 % first part-payment may be asked at the order, according to the realization’s length. All goods and products sold to the Buyer will remain the property of STUC & MOSAIC until the full payment will be received.

SHIPPING COSTS : Shipping costs will be calculated for each order, depending on the weight and dimensions of the package, and of the transport type chosen by the Buyer. Shipping takes place at Buyer’s risk. Transport and insurance charges are to be paid in addition by the purchaser.

COUNTRY OF DELIVERY :
Delivery made in EUROPE and other continents.

DELIVERY PERIOD:
As indicated in the quotation.

JURISDICTION :
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law. All the disputes relating to the sales transactions binding the Supplier, will fall within the exclusive competence of the french courts.
