The cost of a custom mosaic depends on the preparatory work needed to precisely define your project, the materials used, and of course the complexity of the pattern and the time required for its completion!
Custom Mosaic and ‘Unique Piece’ in 1 or 2 Steps:
Step 1: Preliminary Sketch and Refinement
Do you not have a clear idea and would like to receive proposals, be guided? A preliminary sketch phase is then recommended (step 1 and 2).
How does this step work?
This step involves discussions about your tastes, your ideas, the technical constraints specific to the installation site, the materials suitable for the project, and the definition of a budget.
I can thus offer you a palette of patterns or styles, for inspiration likely to suit your project: classic, historical, or contemporary theme, etc.
It can be a creation imagined especially for you based on an idea and colors!
Next, I will create preparatory sketches to refine the proposal. This is an essential step to help you clearly visualize the final result!
It is also about creating the pattern in the desired dimensions. I will suggest the most suitable method of execution (support, size of the tesserae, colors, aesthetics, etc.).
This step of pattern research and design, co-created with the client, often requires numerous exchanges, proposals, sketches, and sketch modifications aimed at validating the pattern to be executed. It is priced from 500 euros (simple project) to 1,500 euros (including 3 sketches/proposals), depending on the complexity of the project.

Preparing a quote is straightforward (step 2), which of course does not exclude advice and discussions on its creation! Quotes are free!
